**The Role**:
As a Café All Rounder, you will be reporting directly to the store Manager, your duties will include
- Serving various Specialty Coffee and Hot Drinks
- Serving customers and using the POS
- Engaging with your team and customers alike

**Skills & Experience**:

- Peoples person with a positive, can do attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers
- Previous experience in café ( 2 Years minimum )

Due to the fact that this store is owned and operated by Head Office it is Ideal for the hospitality career minded person looking to excel in hospitality. The store operates between shopping center hours Monday to Sunday - you must be available for a rotating roster which may include weekends.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne VIC 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Calibration Of Grinder: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
