We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Customer Care Representative to join our close-knit team at Greencross Vets. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Welcome clients and their pets to the hospital, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Book and manage appointments, including scheduling and reminders
- Process payments and handle invoicing, including cash and EFTPOS transactions
- Manage data entry and request documents from referring vets and clients
- Liaise with referring vets and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a reception or customer service role, with strong computer literacy skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing support to our clients and their pets. If you have a genuine love for animals and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
