This role is a permanent position full time position & we encourage our people to work independently & co-operate as part of our integrated team

**Your duties include the following, as well as some other tasks.**
- Most importantly provide effective customer service.
- Communicate with retail customers, online & showroom as well as trade clients.
- Communicate with trade & retail clients to effectively facilitate solutions.
- Assist in resolving customer issues professionally, promptly & courteously.
- Use SAP system to enter and update Customer orders & Purchase orders
- Assist with monitoring inventory level & action
- Preparation of quotes for clients
- Assist with light warehouse duties

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a Sales Admin & Support role dealing with customers
- Working with company staff & suppliers to ensure customers on-time deliveries
- Ability to use a business software system & proficient with MS Office
- Proven team collaboration skills to ensure harmony while maintaining high levels of effectiveness
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Use initiative & achieve excellence in your roll
- Negotiating & organizational skills
- Willingness to learn
