We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Director to lead our Adelaide facility's daily operations.

This role involves contributing directly to supply chain success and customer satisfaction, promoting a safe working environment, and leading a high-performing team with a focus on safety, performance, and development.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, be professional, punctual, and proactive, and have a commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.

  • Promote a safe work environment and actively lead Workplace Health & Safety initiatives
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on safety, performance, and development
  • Oversee picking, packing, and replenishment functions
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage credit returns and respond to internal customer needs
  • Identify training needs through skills gap analysis
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
  • Be hands-on and involved in daily operations
