Design Leader Opportunity

About the Role
  • Lead project teams in the development and delivery of complex architectural projects.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored design solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.

The role requires a high degree of autonomy, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful projects, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
