About the Role: We are seeking an experienced VFX Supervisor to oversee high-end visual effects production. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from concept to delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with producers and directors to define project scope and creative vision
    • Lead breakdown of scripts and sequences, forecasting workload and allocating resources
    • Develop detailed bids and quotes for long-form VFX projects
    • Oversee all production stages, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality VFX
    • Manage multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring creative consistency across outputs
    • Coordinate with global network, fostering collaboration between in-house teams and external partners
  • Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a VFX Supervisor or senior leadership role in feature films or episodic series
    • Expertise in VFX pipelines, workflow management, and technical demands of long-form production
    • Familiarity with software such as Houdini, Nuke, Maya, and Unreal Engine
    • Strong ability to produce accurate bids, breakdowns, and schedules for complex projects
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on leadership and team motivation
    • Experience managing both remote and in-house teams across multiple locations
