Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Leader to oversee the delivery of our construction projects. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Your primary focus will be on leading and motivating a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results. You will also be responsible for financial management, including cost control and reporting to senior management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
