About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Executive to lead our financial function, driving strategic value and growth. This pivotal role is ideal for a forward-thinking leader who thrives in high-accountability environments.

The successful candidate will be a key partner to our CEO and Board, helping steer company strategy and scale operations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with the ability to influence across executive teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning and execution, aligning with operational strategy.
  • Accelerate profitable growth, drive EBITDA expansion and optimize cash flow.
  • Develop and manage long-range financial plans and forecasts.
  • Partner on M&A initiatives from deal assessment through financial integration.
  • Manage capital structure and risk to support growth ambitions.
  • Enhance pricing, customer lifetime value (LTV), and overall SaaS unit economics.
  • Deliver high-quality financial reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Define and monitor key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, net retention, LTV, CAC, payback period, etc.).

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 3–5 years as CFO in a high-growth SaaS business.
  • Proven track record in private equity-backed environments, including value creation and exit planning.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue recognition, and commercial finance.
  • Expertise in M&A due diligence, integration, and financial modelling.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills – you can influence across executive teams.
