Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Custody Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash and asset reconciliations, with experience in processing client transactions, including fixed income, equities, FX, and cash.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily cash and asset reconciliations from IRESS to various custodians, reviewing and approving trade matching through IRESS, calculating client monthly interest, and liaising with fund managers and custodians to ensure settlement of all transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cash and asset reconciliation experience
  • Fixed income, equities, FX, and settlements experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA, Macros, vlookups)
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, business, or mathematics
