Job Title: Financial Operations Lead About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing cash management, FX risk, compliance, and process optimization across our global footprint.

  • Cash Management: Oversee all treasury functions including cash flow management, FX hedging, bank relationships, and daily transactions across jurisdictions.
  • Accurate Reporting: Ensure accurate treasury reporting for management and regulatory bodies, and support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Treasury Accounting Controls: Maintain and improve treasury accounting controls, ensuring all records are audit-ready.
  • Global Chargebacks: Manage global chargebacks, bank guarantees, EFTPOS setups, and credit card controls.
  • Integrated Business Processes: Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, Retail Operations, and IT to ensure integrated business processes.
  • Treasury Systems: Evaluate and implement treasury systems and automation tools to enhance transparency and efficiency.
  • Finance Transformation: Support broader finance transformation initiatives and lead treasury's contribution to strategic projects.
 About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Significant experience in treasury, ideally within a multi-country or retail environment.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen, with knowledge of FX risk management, accounting standards, and banking processes.
  • Leadership: Confident leading teams and providing mentorship to drive performance and accountability.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Analytical, process-driven, and comfortable working with ERP systems, banking platforms, and financial reporting tools.
