Dedicated Communication Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a valued member, you will be working closely with participants of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals.
Our team provides a supportive and dynamic environment that fosters collaboration and professional growth. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and AAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
- Work in clinic/home-based settings and support participants and their families through parent coaching and education
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans
- Provide assessments and implementation of AAC systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with participants, families, and community partners
Requirements:
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
- 2+ years of experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team
- Desire to make a real difference within the community
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS (preferably)
