Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing care in accordance with individual Resident Care Plans, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible support to live their lives with dignity and purpose.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality, responsive, and individualized care to our residents
  • Plan, organize, and implement care in accordance with individual Resident Care Plans
  • Provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to our Care Staff

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in a clinical leadership role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to respond effectively in an emergency situation
