Key Account Liaison

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Key Account Liaison to join our team. As a key part of our client-facing team, you will act as a trusted advisor to our high-net-worth clients working in collaboration with our Sales, Client Management, Trading, Dealing, Marketing and Research teams.

You will liaise directly with our clients to assist them with obtaining the most adequate trading solutions they need. You will manage these sophisticated relationships through regular contact and follow-up, KYC checks and strong market awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers by understanding their situation, financial aspirations and needs;
  • Act as the first point of contact for segmented clients, providing them with the best experience possible;
  • Support ongoing client lifecycle management through regular upkeep of client information, purpose-led interactions and timely responses to queries;
  • Provide accurate and complete information to ensure efficient management of client interactions;
  • Proactively contact customers on a regular basis to maintain effective relationships and continually assess portfolio growth opportunities;
  • Support client acquisition and referrals by assisting enquiries or leads from business partners;
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone (both inbound and outbound calling), webinar and podcasts in collaboration with our marketing team who will support relevant content;
  • Write market commentaries as needed;
  • Meet annually with customers face-to-face if necessary and conduct monthly telephone discussions relating to ongoing progress;
  • Assist with side projects to support the team and other departments;
  • Learn and utilize new concepts related to industry licensing, regulations, policies/procedures, available programs/services.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 2+ years relationship management experience within the financial services sector;
  • Experience within a sales environment working diversified solutions;
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • A proven track record working towards weekly or monthly targets and KPIs;
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining reliability and punctuality;
  • A hunter mentality, always looking for ways to grow and support client aspirations;
  • Basic leadership skills;
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
