About the Role

As a senior Client Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success for our clients and our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring all client deliverables meet our strategic objectives by delivering integrated solutions across all channels and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the center of all operations for our team. As the Account Manager position acts as the key client-liaison across all brands, you will operate as the main point-of-contact for brand managers/media teams while also acting as the central point in our internal team.

You will work closely with the Accounts team, Strategy, Investment & Performance, and other pillars to ensure we are collaborating and delivering connected results and recommendations for our clients. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage projects across a team will be an important part of this role.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding and working knowledge of the media landscape across various channels. They will be highly proficient in Office platforms, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. A natural leader, able to connect a team and collaborate with a wider team when necessary, is essential for this role.

We are looking for someone who has attention to detail, is process-oriented, highly organized, and can ensure deadlines/deliverables are met seamlessly.

This role ensures that all client deliverables meet our strategic objectives by delivering integrated solutions across all channels and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The Account Manager will report into the Business Director/Account Director and will share management of the Account Executive.

Key Outputs:
  • Campaign Planning
  • Able to advise and support planning teams on best channel budget splits and approach to holistic media planning (online and offline)
  • Lead implementation planning of the team with the support of the other divisions (Strategy, Investment and Performance). Our 2026 planning cycle is approaching, so this role would get the exciting opportunity to be greatly involved in that process from the beginning
  • Overall project management is a huge part of this role – The Account Manager is essentially the lead for all day-to-day client operations (with support of the Account Director/Business Director)
  • Delivering thought leadership on all brands, ensuring all our recommendations are backed up with evidence and delivered in a way that is easily digestible to clients
  • Drive innovation & creativity across the team – work with the wider team on how we can push the envelope to challenge client thinking.
Client Servicing
  • With the support of the Account Director / Business Director and also the Exec, the Account Manager is truly the point-person for all day-to-day operations. This role provides an opportunity to be extremely client-facing and get exposure to a variety of channel recommendations and planning workstreams.
  • The AM will be the 'keeper' of the media plans and oversee implementation
  • Strong communication skills are required to ensure we can effectively sell in strategies and explain our recommendations
  • Additionally, the Account Manager role is responsible for driving internal workstreams received from clients into the wider team – and then ensuring these workstreams are delivered on.
  • We are looking for someone who has attention to detail, is process-oriented, highly organised and can ensure deadlines/deliverables are met as seamlessly as possible
Team & Communication

Developing strong working relationships with:

  • Clients
    • Build strong relationships with brand managers and media teams. Be the point person for all day-to-day operations.
    • Pub Leadership team
      • Opportunity to work with Directors to finalise client development plans and ensure all client objectives are being met.
      • Work with Group Directors to ensure digital operations are executed properly and implementation is seamless.
      • Accounts Team
        • Directors to support in the growth and development of this role
        • Account Manager will share management of the Account Executive

Skills & Experience

  • Preferably a degree or higher education qualifications.
  • Ideally this person already has a good understanding and working knowledge of media landscape across various channels.
  • Highly proficient in the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong leader and able to connect a team – both within the Accounts division, but also someone who is able to collaborate with a wider team when it comes to ensuring all client deliverables are met
  • Natural communication skills and experience working with clients, as well as the ability to work with a variety of people and personality styles.
