Job Opportunity

The Site Manager is a pivotal role within our construction operations, responsible for overseeing the overall project planning and scheduling on site. This encompasses providing technical guidance to ensure adherence to quality standards.

  • Develop, execute, and control the program, as well as the quality of the day-to-day running of each project.
  • Conduct regular site visits, ensuring scope completion and perform WHS/Quality Checks.
  • Manage all site personnel (including trades and sub-trades) to guarantee they have the resources needed to complete the works.
  • Coordinate the timing and delivery of multiple trades across multiple projects.
  • Compile status reports on projects, ensuring to provide feedback to Project Managers.
  • Ensure that employees have an understanding of the project sites expectations.
  • Maintain a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communication and on-site meetings.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years working experience within a commercial construction environment (fitout preferred).
  • Valid Australian Driver's License.
  • Trade Qualifications in Cabinetmaking, Joinery, Carpentry or Shop Fitting.
  • OH&S White Card.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain.
  • Full legal working rights in Australia.
