Intensive Family Support Specialist

Key Role Information:
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Caseworker to join our team and work with families who require intensive support. This role involves working with children, young people, and their families to provide trauma-informed, child-focused casework.
The ideal candidate will have experience in casework and be able to work effectively within a child protection framework. They will also need to demonstrate a strong understanding of housing issues, domestic violence, child protection, child development, and mental health.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Provide high-quality casework services to families with complex needs.
- Work closely with families, stakeholders, and other agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective case plans to address the needs of families.
- Have a minimum 2 years' experience in casework and a relevant degree or diploma.
- Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
