As a Roster Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Roster team towards efficiency and excellence.

You will be empowered to pioneer new approaches, engage stakeholders, refine processes, and implement efficiency strategies that drive tangible results.

  • Mentor and manage the Roster Officer team to align with organisational goals and strategy.
  • Oversee the rostering of approximately 2000 collectors, ensuring seamless workforce planning.
  • Plan rosters to be available 6 weeks in advance, facilitating proactive workforce management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry within our HR system, guaranteeing informed rostering decisions based on employee skills and client requirements.
  • Collaborate in testing updates on our HR platform functions, driving continuous improvement.
  • Implement new systems updates, including updated procedures and workflows, to enhance operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in rostering, having progressed from a Roster Officer themselves. They will demonstrate exceptional leadership and team management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to prioritise workload and multi-task effectively.
