**Salary**:

- **Senior Planning Officer**
- $106,999.38 to $112,630.07 pro rata per annum, plus superannuation
- **Planning Officer**
- $96,731.43 to $101,823.62 pro rata per annum, plus superannuation

**Senior Planning Officer**

**What you’ll do**:

- Represent the City at SAT, DAP, and other forums
- Supervise and mentor Planning Officers
- Provide expert planning advice and contribute to policy development

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning
- Extensive experience in statutory planning and leadership
- Strong understanding of WA planning legislation
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills

**Planning Officer**

**What you’ll do**:

- Respond to planning enquiries and provide pre-lodgement advice
- Conduct site inspections and prepare reports
- Investigate compliance matters and provide statutory planning advice

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of statutory planning in a local government context
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Local Government experience and current driver’s licence required
