Job Title:

Security Offensive Team Lead

Overview

The Security Offensive team is focused on helping organizations improve their cybersecurity posture. We are seeking an experienced Red Teaming lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our team of offensive security specialists to deliver impactful engagements, while also contributing to the development of next-generation methodologies and technical capabilities.

We attend regular threat intelligence briefings, industry conferences, and collaborate with other security experts to expand our knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading Red Teaming activities to test the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls;
  • Conducting penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities in applications, systems, and networks;
  • Providing technical direction to the team and keeping stakeholders informed;
  • Driving technical excellence within the team, both within and outside client engagements;
  • Delivering management and technical reporting, providing recommendations, and contributing to presentations and debriefs;
  • Helping to optimize collaboration and knowledge sharing with security specialists from across our network;
  • Developing tools and procedures to optimize delivery and increase impact.
Requirements
  • Experience delivering Red Team engagements for leading organizations;
  • Strong leadership skills and experience coaching junior team members;
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing complex narratives for various audiences;
  • Advanced industry certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, or CRTP;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
