Lean Implementation Opportunity

This is a two-year fixed term opportunity to lead and drive Lean implementation across various divisions. You'll be based in East Perth but will split your time evenly between sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Lean initiatives, leading cultural change and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees to support their development and growth.
About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Lean Manager who has a proven track record of delivering measurable results through process improvement and cultural transformation. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field, backed by a Lean Management certification or Six Sigma Black Belt.

  • 5+ years' experience as a Lean Manager or in a similar role.
  • Fluent in Lean methodologies and tools, including 5S, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.
  • Hands-on experience in project and change management, with a focus on building smarter, more efficient workflows.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to balance theory with practical execution.
