- Documenting baseline information and requirements for successful project delivery.
- Developing project roadmaps and workstreams to ensure efficient progress tracking.
- Liaising with teams, managers, and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and communication.
- Analyzing data sources to provide insights and inform decision-making.
- Applying best practices to solve issues during testing and improve overall quality.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Extensive experience in Salesforce program implementation, preferably with System Integrators.
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze multiple data sources and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced agile environments and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent extensive experience in Salesforce implementation.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
