Aquinas College seeks a seasoned Property Services Manager to lead the maintenance and upkeep of our campus facilities. This is an ongoing, full-time position reporting to the College Business Manager.

The successful applicant will work closely with other College Leaders to ensure the campus remains safe, functional, and well-maintained for students and staff. Key responsibilities include managing a team, planning, organizing, and prioritizing competing demands, and maintaining excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

  • This position involves overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our campus facilities, including grounds and learning environments.
  • The successful candidate will have proven experience in a maintenance and/or construction role, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can manage a team, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all children.
  • Proven success in a maintenance and/or construction role.
  • Ability to manage a team and plan, organize, and prioritize competing demands.
  • Excellent communication skills and qualifications appropriate to the role.
  • Current WWCC and relevant permissions to work in Australia.
