About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at Endava. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Travel industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales strategies, proposals, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects, ensuring a high level of conversion rates.
- Negotiate and close strategic new business deals, achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of business development experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Demonstrable experience selling IT Professional Services, with a strong understanding of the Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Travel industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
