As a key player in this exciting high-growth phase, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs. This role involves translating product initiatives into tangible value for customers, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of differentiated products.
You will quickly become an expert in customer needs and product value, harmonizing diverse aspects through clear and concise propositions. You will stay informed about changes in customer behavior, competitors, and influencers across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct market research, identify customer pain points, and understand competitor strategies.
- Communicate valuable insights that inform product marketing plans and integrate them effectively.
- Determine target audiences and segments using insights from Product and Customer teams.
- Develop strategic processes with key stakeholders to define compelling value propositions for target audiences and maintain evidence to support these propositions.
- Bring value propositions to life for internal audiences through messaging frameworks and product playbooks, ensuring regular review and updates.
- Provide timely communication of product release calendars to Customer stakeholders, describing product value in customer terms.
- Collaborate with Customer teams to brief product initiatives, agree on optimal launch timing, and GTM approach, consulting throughout the process to ensure clear guardrails.
- Develop internal briefing assets and sales enablement resources to prepare and up-skill internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to grow product adoption, usage, and retention by leveraging research, analytics, and feedback from regions.
- Lead in-product lifecycle marketing strategy and execution, including in-product communications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or marketing roles.
- Experience working globally across geographies and agile environments with Product Managers and development teams.
- Proven ability to create and develop product strategy, positioning, and messaging.
- Strategic thinking, independence, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation, creativity, team mindset, project management skills, and attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving with the ability to incorporate new learnings into existing plans.
- Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and business strategy skills.
- Direct experience with issue management.
- Ability to articulate compelling propositions in clear language and develop effective marketing materials.
- Pace and ambiguity handling in a fast-paced tech environment.
