Sales Growth Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing the engagement and sales plan for their territory to ensure targets are met and sustain business growth YoY. This includes understanding the client & business needs and challenges, and handling outcome-based client relationships with key accounts.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including local, regional, and corporate teams, to collaborate and deliver results. A strong track record in direct sales, excellent communication skills, and ability to think creatively are essential for success in this role.
