Strategic Growth Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Facilitator to join our national team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in delivering tailored asset finance solutions that fuel business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of asset-backed lending structures, risk factors, and credit fundamentals. They will be skilled at deal structuring – comfortable workshopping scenarios and providing input on pricing, terms, and asset types.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, structure, and close asset finance transactions across a range of asset classes and industries
  • Build and deepen broker, aggregator, accountants, and debt advisor relationships
  • Workshop transactions directly with brokers and clients – helping uncover needs, mitigate risks, and shape win-win solutions

The successful candidate will possess excellent relationship and influencing skills, with a proven track record in commercial or asset finance sales. They will be high energy, self-driven, and resilient with a genuine passion for helping brokers and their SME clients succeed.
