Key Role: Lead Educator

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a key leadership role within our team of exceptional, qualified Early Childhood educators.

You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team, developing and implementing high-quality educational programs, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment for our children.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have a Diploma qualification in Children's Services and a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

They will also have proven experience as an educator in an Early Childhood setting, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to contribute to the development of our centre's vision and goals, and to play an active role in promoting excellence in education and care.
