Our team is seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our Biosciences Division as a Sales Specialist in Cell Analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development at major customer call points, penetrating and growing current and new business.

You will also perform as a technical and business development leader within the sales force that drives strategic objectives and adoption of new products while working cross functionally across the organization. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in growth projects as well as corporate social responsibility programs or employee resource groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing and Handling the Customer Base
    - Produce Forward Call Cycle/Plan.
    - Make regular customer calls either with or without the local Sales person.
    - Identify new business opportunities and work with the Technical Sales Manager to develop sales potential.
  • Sales Promotion
    - Follow the directive selling program to improve the sales of the targeted products.
    - Attend Trade Exhibitions as required to generate leads and prospects for the company's products.
    - Conduct customer specific promotions to encourage sales growth and the development of a positive company position.

This role requires a strong background in flow cytometry and imaging/high content workspace, with at least two years experience in sales and account relationship management. You will also need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Regular travel to various locations will be necessary, up to 30% of the time.
