Deliver Meaningful Care to Aboriginal Women
You will have the chance to make a real impact in the lives of Aboriginal women by providing culturally safe, trauma-informed case management services in a therapeutic all-female residential program. With a small caseload, you'll have the time and space to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide culturally sensitive case management
- Support relapse prevention, harm reduction, and wellbeing programs
- Build strong connections with clients and their families
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate case notes
- Certificate IV in Community Services (AOD) or related qualification
- Experience in case management within AOD, therapeutic, or community settings
- Strong communication and cultural awareness skills
- Female-identifying candidates highly encouraged to apply
- Driver's licence, Ochre Card, and Police Check
