We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Professional to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication and organisational skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, retail sales and bookings management, as well as experience working with dive operations.

As a Front Desk Professional, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, managing bookings, supporting day-to-day retail sales and assisting on trips as a Divemaster or Instructor.

You will also be required to handle phone and email enquiries, manage inventory, and perform general administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Manage bookings for snorkel and dive tours
  • Support day-to-day retail sales, including product advice and stock upkeep
  • Assist on trips as a Divemaster or Instructor
  • General administration and office tasks to keep things running smoothly
Requirements:
  • Certified PADI Divemaster or Instructor (SSI DM also considered)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A calm, flexible multitasker with a proactive attitude
  • A team player who thrives in a busy, customer-facing environment
  • Previous experience in tourism, retail or bookings is highly desirable
