What you'll be doing
  • Setting the standard in sales, KPIs, and profitability
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing your leadership team and team members
  • Building a customer-first culture that drives loyalty and repeat visits
  • Managing store operations with a focus on safety, compliance, and rostering
  • Representing rebel in the local community through events and partnerships
What you'll bring
  • Proven leadership experience in retail or high-volume sales (department management in large format retailers welcome)
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to interpret results and act quickly
  • Exceptional people leadership, with a fair but firm approach
  • Passion for sport or community engagement is highly regarded
