We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Ombudsman to join our team at Lawyers Weekly. As a key member of our dispute resolution team, you will be responsible for resolving complex financial disputes in a fair and impartial manner.
Key Responsibilities- Make decisions on standard and complex disputes in accordance with our rules and fairness principles
- Provide professional and technical leadership across our organization
- Coach and mentor case workers and others
- Develop and implement AFCA approaches
- Present at external conferences as a subject matter expert
