ResponsibilitiesYour primary duties will include:
- Greeting and interacting with patients warmly throughout their appointment time.
- Promoting an efficient patient intake process and assisting clinicians with timely scheduling.
- Effectively onboarding new patients by reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms.
- Supporting physical therapists by preparing treatment areas and setting up exercise equipment.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and providing feedback to the therapy team.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Experience in healthcare and/or customer service.
