Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Support Professional to assist our physical therapists in delivering patient care. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable healthcare experience and work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Greeting and interacting with patients warmly throughout their appointment time.
  • Promoting an efficient patient intake process and assisting clinicians with timely scheduling.
  • Effectively onboarding new patients by reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms.
  • Supporting physical therapists by preparing treatment areas and setting up exercise equipment.
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and providing feedback to the therapy team.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or customer service.
