Senior Medical Specialist

Our department is seeking a highly experienced and skilled medical specialist in geriatric medicine to provide high-quality diagnostic and consultative services.
The successful applicant will work across various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, community, and Residential Aged Care. They will ensure a high standard of professional performance and encourage an academic environment that supports education, research, and professional development.
They will participate in teaching, research, quality improvement, and administrative activities, as well as contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies.
The Department of Geriatric Medicine at Concord Repatriation General Hospital is committed to delivering high-quality specialist care. The successful applicant will be required to work cross-credentialed across other facilities as requested by the Clinical Director.
To be eligible for this position, applicants must be registered or eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), hold Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP), and have recognised qualifications in Geriatric Medicine and/or other equivalent specialist recognition.
