Stakeholder Engagement and Education Officer

This role is a key opportunity for professionals who want to develop and deliver effective engagement and education strategies that support the growth and success of our organization. As a Stakeholder Engagement and Education Officer, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder communication, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and building strong relationships with stakeholders across City Strategy projects.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, communication, and expectations through various channels and mediums.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure that all stakeholder interactions align with project goals and outcomes.
Key Requirements
  • Tertiary degree in Communications, Education, Adult Learning, Urban Planning or equivalent qualification or professional experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
