**Job Title:** Operations Support Agent

About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring seamless and timely movement of shipments. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on safety standards, team collaboration, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and internally move consignments within the depot with high accuracy.
  • Label and sort consignments to the correct delivery area.
  • Work effectively as a team to ensure efficient turnaround time.
  • Complete administrative and operational tasks, including data entry and dispatch activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary education or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience (four (4) years for Senior level).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & PC.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven expertise in planning & organizing, with a strong focus on accuracy & attention to detail.
