Operations Supervisor

This is a key leadership role within our Road Express division in North Mackay, where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our team.

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team. If you have a strong background in logistics and transport management, and are passionate about delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving business objectives;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • A high level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Knowledge of multi-purpose fleet including prime movers, body trucks, and specialist equipment;
  • Understanding of geographical knowledge to effectively allocate and direct drivers.
