Infrastructure Operations Leadership Role

This leadership position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, values-driven organisation, managing a skilled team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient infrastructure operations across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the effective management, maintenance, and lifecycle planning of all assets and infrastructure within the designated region.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of corrective and preventative maintenance in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Be a key member of a collaborative team, contributing to the development of maintenance strategies that support operational excellence across sites.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline, or trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic Services.
  • Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally within healthcare or hospital environments.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management for maintenance operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a strong understanding of computer applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, working under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in managing and optimising CMMS platforms.
