About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Operations Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop network and server infrastructure to ensure smooth operations of all critical ICT systems.
  • Provide excellent communication, troubleshooting, and support through Help Desk.
  • Deliver positive customer service to end-users.
  • Collaborate with the Head of ICT to ensure technology systems are reliable, secure, compliant, and responsive to the needs of both students and staff.

  • Problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.
