**Vessel Master Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vessel Master to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the safe operations of the vessel, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional service to guests.

  • Provide outstanding guest experiences and maintain consistent service standards.
  • Address guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and preserve the quality of the experience.
  • Lead by example, promoting high standards of professionalism and safety among crew members.
  • Assist with the ongoing training of both new and existing staff to meet industry standards.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Marine Memos, operational procedures, and Work, Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
