Responsibilities include:

  • Driving the design process for diverse projects, utilizing expertise in energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
  • Analyzing project outcomes, troubleshooting, and performance reporting to optimize results.
  • Providing clients with key insights into sustainability strategy, awareness, decarbonization, and circular economy.
  • Managing projects across various stages of the lifecycle, receiving quality assurance from senior professionals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Built Environment.
  • Consulting experience in the Built Environment sector.
  • Knowledge of preparing strategies, implementing best practice certification schemes like Green Star, NABERS, and WELL Building Standard.
  • Experience analyzing documentation, drawings, and identifying areas for ESD improvement.
  • A comprehensive understanding of mechanical, façade, spatial, etc. attributes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
