**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of electricians and provide guidance and support to ensure project success
  • Report project status, including forecast outcomes, to stakeholders
  • Supervise commercial projects between $2M-$4M, with a focus on new build projects, including offices, schools, universities, and hotels
  • Oversee apprentices and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an electrician, with a strong background in leadership and problem-solving
  • Excellent attitude to safety and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide guidance and support to team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to report project status to stakeholders
