Project Manager - Electrical Infrastructure

Capstone Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the electrical infrastructure sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project management support to the Senior Project Manager for the installation of electrical infrastructure projects, including a World First project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Project Manager with the management of multi-disciplinary teams, including external contractors, in the delivery of projects related to electrical network infrastructure.
  • Monitor project progress, measuring and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and liaise with Subject Matter Experts.
  • Facilitate tendering processes, including participating in panels and evaluating submissions.
  • Lead effective contract management with suppliers to ensure delivery of services and outcomes.
  • Identify and provide input to the assessment of environmental impacts.
  • Perform other project management duties as required.

About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior project manager to step into a unique role and project that contributes directly to Australia's Net Zero Renewable Targets. You will have the direct support of the Senior Project Manager, who will provide guidance and mentoring as you develop into the role. You will also be responsible for managing smaller projects individually to continue advancing your skillset.

About the Organisation:

Capstone Recruitment is a State-Owned Corporation within the transport and logistics industry. We are based in the City with hybrid-working arrangements. As the project develops, you will be on-site 2-3 days per week to oversee and provide guidance.
