Key responsibilities include managing workflows, providing criminal defence representation in various courts, and engaging in extensive court work as part of a large practice. You will be required to have a high level of professional service, covering both adult and youth jurisdictions, with a focus on delivering quality services without billable-hours targets. A current Driver Licence and willingness to drive for work are essential. Ideally, you will have a minimum of two years' full-time post-admission experience, resilience to handle complex cases, and the ability to develop culturally sensitive service skills.
