We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Liaison/Receptionist to join our vibrant Brisbane clinic.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing appointments, and coordinating with doctors and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and book appointments for corporate and private clients, ensuring compliance with KPIs
  • Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for clients during their clinic visits
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Act as a liaison between clients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals
  • Organise and manage the filing and screening of medical records
  • Support the Manager with various tasks as needed
