**About the Position**

We are seeking a professional to fill a full-time role as a Rental Sales Officer within our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at our car rental counter, handling bookings and customer phone enquiries, and ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for return.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Key responsibilities include:

**Schedule and Work Arrangements**

This is a full-time, permanent position with a rotating roster, which may include evening or weekend shifts. Supplemental pay types include commission, overtime pay, and penalty rates.
