Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA), the leader in material handling solutions, is looking for a **Sales and Rental Administrator** to join our high-performing team on a **12-month fixed-term** basis.

**About the Role**:
As a Sales and Rental Administrator, you'll be essential to ensuring our operations run smoothly - providing vital support not only to our sales team but also across our rental operations, which make up a significant part of our business. You will manage the timely and accurate processing of orders, rental agreements, and customer documentation, while coordinating internally to support a national company with an extensive branch network.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support sales staff with administration tasks by processing and managing sales orders, rental agreements and contracts
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of products and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records across multiple internal systems, including CRM and related platforms
- Provide top-tier customer service to internal and external stakeholders

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Previous experience in a sales or rental administration or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential and prior experience with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning system) is considered an asset
- A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
