Job Description: As a Product Owner in the Consumer Financial Crime team, you will play a crucial role in managing financial crime risk while enabling change to uplift the division's control environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, transformation teams, and advisory members to translate BAU gaps into programmatic work. Your responsibilities will include supporting Executive Manager/Senior Manager to facilitate requirements, endorsement, and SME support to the transformation teams, working closely with various transformation teams to provide financial crime SME advice, and escalating project risks and requirement/technology gaps as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in the financial services industry, particularly in financial crime (AML/CTF/KYC) and FATCA/CRS. You should also have demonstrated experience working in a large and complex organization, managing multiple and competing stakeholder interests, and analysis and problem-solving skills. A tertiary qualification in business or technology is essential, and certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certifications are advantageous.
