Job Opportunity

Position Overview:

  • Proficient in Guidewire (any suite), Java, NodeJS, GraphQL, Webservices with hands-on experience.
  • Expertise in writing Gunits/Junits and increasing code coverage is essential.
  • Business Driven Development technique is a must to apply for this position.
  • Analyzing requirements to implement using Guidewire either through Out-of-the-Box solutions or custom solutions is key.
  • Collaborate in business workshops to provide technical solutions on changes.
  • Estimate work effort and review other developers' efforts within the team.
  • Work with customer-side Technical Lead and Architect for technical guidance.
  • Prepare technical documentation for code and design changes, completing Guidewire integration changes.
  • Develop design, code, unit test code, document and deploy code into the appropriate environment.
  • Establish best practices and guidelines for development, ensuring adherence to these practices by the team.
  • Mentor and support other technical developers in the team.
  • Coordinate and perform integration testing with QA and other dependent teams.
  • Participate and provide technical inputs/guidance in defect triage meetings.
  • Assist Business Analysts and Testers with technical demo sessions presented to business stakeholders.
  • Develop knowledge base documents and hand over changes to production support teams.
