Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guidewire Jutro Developer with strong front-end expertise in React to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces using the Guidewire Jutro tech stack, implementing modern front-end practices, and contributing to the overall architecture and deployment of Guidewire solutions. This is a permanent role, offering a flexible hybrid work model. We welcome applicants from Gadigal Country (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane).

Responsibilities
  • Hands-on experience in Guidewire Jutro development with specialist front-end skills in React.
  • Design and development experience with the Guidewire Jutro tech stack.
  • Extensive design and development experience with React and modern front-end development practices.
  • Experience with workflow orchestration and automation tools within Guidewire.
  • Familiarity with Guidewire Health Check processes and defect resolution workflows.
  • Good CI/CD experience with tools like TeamCity/Jenkins/Github Actions.
  • Familiarity with source code tools like Github Actions/Bitbucket.
  • Strong working knowledge of the application design and development processes, methodologies and their direct implementation to projects.
  • Strong understanding of structured programming principles (e.g. object-oriented) as applied to software development.
  • Proven ability to implement generic, reusable solutions, components or frameworks, including documentation and training.
